Enabling business customers the transparency and tools they require is a challenging task. We designed this transaction banking portal to allow one of Australia's biggest banks to maintain a closer relationship with businesses across the multitude of tasks they face.
Communication is key to these customers, so that was the cornerstone of the proposal. Clear overview of tasks, next steps, progress and requirements means that both the bank and its customers can save time and money.
